Legal
Terms
Last updated: 2026-07-20.
This page is kept current as commercial details are finalised. It is a plain-language draft, not a substitute for legal review.
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Reetle ("we", "us"). The registered seller entity for your order appears at checkout and on your invoice. Contact for everything: info@ereetle.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern the use of this website, the waitlist, and pre-orders of Reetle placed through it by consumers in the EU and the UK. If a mandatory consumer law in your country gives you more protection than these terms, that law wins.
How we handle your data is on the privacy page, and the full cookie inventory is on the cookies page. Both are part of these terms by reference.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and is not an order. It creates no obligation to buy for you and no obligation to allocate a unit for us, though allocation priority follows waitlist order. You can leave the list at any time through the unsubscribe link in any email.
4. Pre-orders and payment
A pre-order becomes a binding purchase when we confirm it by email after payment at checkout. Prices, payment methods, and the delivery window are displayed at checkout before you pay.
If we cannot deliver within the window shown at checkout, you can cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation.
5. Prices
European prices are shown in euro or pounds, include VAT where applicable, and state delivery costs separately before checkout. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; if one happens, we contact you before charging anything.
6. Delivery
Delivery regions, carriers, and timelines are described in Shipping and delivery. Risk passes to you when you (or someone you nominated) receive the goods.
7. Right of withdrawal
As an EU or UK consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal, and Reetle gives you longer: 30 days from delivery, without giving a reason. Your statutory rights are not affected, and where local consumer law grants you more, local law prevails. The full process, including the model withdrawal steps and how refunds work, is in Returns and warranty.
8. Warranty and legal guarantee
Every unit ships with a 1-year limited warranty. EU and UK consumers also keep the statutory two-year legal guarantee of conformity; where local consumer law grants you more, local law prevails. Warranty claims go to info@ereetle.com.
9. Acceptable use of the app and AI features
Recording conversations is regulated differently across Europe. You are responsible for recording lawfully in your country, which usually means informing participants. AI transcriptions and summaries can contain errors; they are your notes, not a certified record.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
11. Intellectual property
The Reetle name, logo, product design, and the content of this site belong to Reetle or its licensors. Buying a unit does not transfer any of that.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the seller of record's country, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available to EU consumers.
