Shipping and delivery

Carriers, exact costs, and dispatch dates for your order are shown at checkout. This is a plain-language draft, not a substitute for legal review.

1. Where we ship

We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. More countries are added as batches ship; the waitlist email will say when.

2. Costs and duties

Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay, together with any duties or import VAT that could apply. Nothing is discovered at the door.

3. Free shipping

Standard delivery is free over $150 in Europe. Other thresholds, single-order fees, and any remote-area surcharge are calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Pre-order dispatch

Pre-orders ship in batch order. When you pre-order, checkout shows the delivery window for your batch. When your unit dispatches, you get a tracking link by email. If the window moves, we tell you before it passes, and you can cancel for a full refund if the new date does not work for you.

5. Delivery problems

Lost, stuck, or damaged in transit: email info@ereetle.com with your order number. Transit risk is ours until the parcel reaches you; we chase the carrier, you do not have to.
