Shipping and delivery
We ship to the EU, the UK, the US, and to Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and Taiwan. Duties, taxes and export costs are already included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Pre-orders ship in batch order with tracking, and your delivery window is shown at checkout.
Returns and warranty
You have 30 days to change your mind after delivery. Every unit includes a 1-year limited warranty. EU and UK consumers also keep the statutory two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
